BioSafe Systems offers thermal fogging applications with StorOx 2.0 bactericide/fungicide or SaniDate 5.0 sanitizer/disinfectant that will control pathogens in storage and help heal wounds from harvest. Thermal fogging application uses water vapor and chemical to easily penetrate the potato pile in all areas. The first application should be made at door closure of storage using either SaniDate 5.0 or StorOx 2.0. Additional applications can be made during the storage season to maintain the quality of the storage and prevent loss.
