The Idaho Potato Commission is collaborating with researchers at Boise State University on a study of safety hazards in potato production. In particular, the researchers are interested in learning about your perception of safety hazards associated with the operations and tasks on individual potato farms.
This is an entirely anonymous survey- there is no way the researchers can link answers back to individual growers. This survey is also not for regulatory purposes- the goal is to help the IPC understand what resources they can provide growers to ensure that they have the safest possible work sites. This survey will take approximately five to seven minutes to complete.
