North Dakota State University’s NDAWN potato blight app is now available at no cost. The app works in conjunction with the North Dakota Agriculture Weather Network (NDAWN), utilizing weather data to determine late blight and early blight values for individual fields. Users may access current weather conditions at any NDAWN location. Users can subscribe to Blightline updates and alerts for early blight, late blight and inversions.
The NDSU NDAWN potato blight app for smartphones and tablets is available on the Apple and Google Play stores.
