Embree Joins Potatoes USA Staff

Megan Embree is Potatoes USA’s newest team member, joining as administrative operations assistant. She will support the administration team and manage the potato board’s nomination process.

Embree, a native of Oregon, brings with her years of experience in project management, recruitment and office administration. Her previous roles managing an educational consulting office and working in nonprofit psychology fostered her communication and organizational skills. Embree is excited to step into this new role with Potatoes USA and grow in the potato industry.
