UPL has named Bryan Brochin as commercial head of U.S. agriculture.
“Bryan has held many commercial roles throughout his career, and we are thrilled to have him join the UPL North America leadership team,” says Craig Brekkas, UPL’s head of North America. “His experience brings a deep knowledge base and strategic synergies to guide the sales team to achieving their sales targets.”
With more than 27 years of experience in the agricultural industry, Brochin will be responsible for attaining and exceeding net sales targets as well as driving annual market plans for the U.S. agriculture division.
“Customer relationships are a key component of effective selling strategies,” says Brekkas. “We are excited to see Bryan and the U.S. agriculture team maintain, improve and grow closer to retailers and grower audiences, providing a myriad of solutions to the challenges of production agriculture.”
Brochin comes to UPL with 27 years of experience in the agricultural industry. He was most recently the director of global bio-ag marketing and strategy at Novozymes. Previously, he held multiple commercial sales and strategy roles for FMC, AgReliant Genetics and BASF. He holds a bachelor’s degree in agronomy crop and soil management from Purdue University and an MBA from Elon University.
