Today, the Agricultural Retailers Association (ARA) honored Valley Ag with its Retailer of the Year Award during the 2021 ARA Conference & Expo.

The Retailer of the Year award, sponsored by Bayer and supported by The Scoop magazine, annually honors an ARA member retailer company or individual that displays effective employee relations, environmental stewardship, customer reliability, industry leadership, and more.

Valley Ag was chosen to receive this award for its prestige in the industry. Developed into a partnership between Valley Wide Cooperative, Wilco Farmers, and Winfield Solutions, Valley Ag is committed to being on the cutting-edge of technology and the best in customer service.

“Part of what set Valley Ag up for this great honor is the company’s state-of-the-art facilities along with its unique customer-focused approach found in every aspect of its business,” said ARA President and CEO Daren Coppock. “Not only a supporter of the industry, Valley Ag is a supporter of the local communities in which it has a footprint, and seeks ways to give back wherever it can.”

“Our focus is to work with our growers to help them be successful, and we’ve been fortunate to grow alongside them throughout the northwest,” said Richard Lloyd, general manager for Valley Ag. “Our team finds ways to innovate, be successful, and serve our growers. It’s great to be recognized by ARA. ARA is a great organization to be a part of. We enjoy the connections we make with other retailers across the country.”

Valley Agronomics is a partnership that was formed in 2006 and has grown across the Northwest now serving farmers from 28 agronomy locations. With over 500 employees throughout the states of Idaho, Oregon, Washington, and Utah, Valley Ag is constantly providing growers with the information they need to maximize their yields.
