The potato harvest is in full swing in parts of eastern Idaho and despite a couple of (welcome) rain showers, it seems to be going well.
We caught up with Rich Lane Farms, based out of Blackfoot, ID, when they were digging just east of town, hoping to get a few harvest shots.
Rich Lane Farms grew 600 acres of potatoes this year. The day we caught up with them, they were harvesting Russet Norkotahs.
