Having previously held key positions within the potato industry, Waterson’s commitment to excellence makes her an ideal fit for Potatoes Australia Ltd. Her leadership will play a pivotal role in driving innovation and growth within the potato industry, while also fostering collaboration among stakeholders.

As the Executive Officer, Waterson will be responsible for managing the daily operations of Potatoes Australia Ltd, collaborating closely with the board of directors to execute strategic initiatives and attain organisational objectives. Additionally, she will act as the organisation’s spokesperson, advocating for the interests of potato growers and the entire supply chain on a national scale.
