The 2025 version of the National Potato Expo, sponsored by the National Potato Council, has wrapped up and once again it was a great show, complete with vendors who showed off everything to do with potatoes and seminars and panel discussions that didn’t disappoint.
Held at the Orlando World Center Marriott in Florida, the two-day event drew thousands of industry folks representing nearly every facet of potato production.
Several seminars and presentations took place on day two along with trade show that filled several convention halls at the Orlando World Center Marriott.
Here are a few photos from the second day of the show. And don’t worry, there were plenty of folks milling about the Expo hall. We decided to show up early before the show opened so we could get a few photos without so many people in them – so you might be able to see the product(s).
The 2026 Potato Expo is scheduled for Jan. 6-8 at the Gaylord Texan in Dallas, TX.
