Anyone who has attended a Potato Expo, sponsored by the National Potato Council, knows what a whirlwind two days it is.
The first day – today - was no different.
Several seminars and presentations as well as the highly anticipated trade show fill several convention halls at the Orlando World Center Marriott in Orlando and drew thousands of attendees from the United States, Canada and several other countries.
Potato Grower Magazine was there and we gathered a year’s worth of information – and this was only day one.
