We posted a story (https://www.potatogrower.com/2023/05/us-2023-potato-crop-more) a couple of days ago about the progress growers across the United States are making planting potatoes this spring. The planting season started out a little slow because of cool, wet spring weather but it really picked up steam the past couple of weeks.
We wanted to check it our for ourselves so we spent a couple of days out and about in eastern Idaho to check the progress.
Here a few photos of potato planting on Crapo Farms near Egin and also east of Rexburg near Moody Creek.
