Scheduled for Aug. 24, the NPGA Field Day offers a full day of viewing potato research.
The first field tour begins at 7 a.m. with breakfast at the Carl Hoverson Farms in Larimore, ND. At 8:15 a.m. research presentations begin.
Field tour No. 2 takes place at the NPGA irrigated research site in Inkster, ND. It begins at noon with lunch at Forest River Colony and field tours start at 1:30 p.m.
Then, field tour No. 3, a twilight tour at Oberg Farms in Hoople, ND, begins at 5:30 p.m. with a BBQ, followed by research posters/displays.
