There is always so much to see and do at a potato conference and the most recent two-day Idaho Potato Conference was no different.
We enjoy catching up with our friends in the potato industry, making new friends and attending any number of presentations on potato production. We also like to roam the aisles of the trade show, although we admit we kind of lost track of time and didn’t make it up to the displays in the ICCU Dome.
