GroupAg, a leader in potato storage, has added a new expert to its staff. Travis Kauer will handle installation and repair on the mechanical cold-storage side of GroupAg’s business.
Kauer is a master electrician with over 16 year experience in the field. He also has been a business owner and manager and has 13 years of HVAC know-how. GroupAg sells and services BTU control systems, but Kauer will also repair other control systems in addition to refrigeration, fans, humidifiers and anything else dealing with potato storage.
Kauer said he is excited for this new opportunity and looks forward to giving customers excellent service. “Customers deserve a technician that will show up on time and get them back online quickly,” he said.
In addition to BTU, GroupAg also is a distributor and applicator for Jet Harvest and 1,4 Group storage chemicals.
