TerraRossa is a red-skinned, red-fleshed oblong specialty fresh potato variety. It has also shown promise as a chipping variety, as chips resist fading and retain their rosy color. With help from our good friends with the Northwest Potato Variety Development program, we feature it in this month’s Smorgasbord.
More information, including a list of seed growers of TerraRossa, can be found at www.pvmi.org.
